The Virtual Dance class may be recorded in full or in part. Screenshots or short video clips may be used for promotional, educational, or archival purposes by Dance Unlimited PSL.

By selecting an option below, you indicate whether you grant permission for Dance Unlimited PSL to use images or recordings that include the dancer for marketing or promotional purposes.

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By participating in the Virtual Dance Class hosted by Dance Unlimited PSL, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation & Physical Activity

I understand that participation in dance classes, stretching, conditioning, and related activities carries inherent risks of injury.

2. Virtual / At-Home Environment

I acknowledge that Dance Unlimited PSL cannot evaluate or ensure the safety of my (or my child’s) at-home dance space and that I am responsible for providing a safe environment.

3. Assumption of Risk

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with participation.

4. Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless Dance Unlimited PSL, its owners, instructors, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, including those arising from negligence.

5. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify Dance Unlimited PSL from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from participation.

6. Technology & Internet Use

I understand that Dance Unlimited PSL is not responsible for technical issues or privacy/security problems that may arise from the use of my own device or internet connection.

Code of Conduct & Online Etiquette

Participants agree to behave respectfully, follow instructor guidance, log in prepared and on time, keep their camera on when reasonably possible, and use chat features appropriately. Dance Unlimited PSL may remove any participant engaging in unsafe or inappropriate behavior without refund.

Important No Refund Policy – Acknowledgment

Please read the following carefully before proceeding.

Due to operating costs associated with instructor contracts, technology platforms, marketing, and administrative expenses, no refunds will be issued for the Virtual Dance Class once registration is completed.

While Dance Unlimited PSL will make every reasonable effort to ensure all promoted faculty members are present, instructor availability is subject to change due to emergency situations or circumstances beyond our control. If an instructor is unable to attend, a qualified alternate instructor will facilitate the designated class(es).

No refunds will be granted for personal scheduling conflicts, illness, injury, technology or internet issues, inability to attend all or part of the event, faculty substitutions, program adjustments, or participant removal due to violation of conduct guidelines.
